Here at Derbyshire Golf Supplies we provide every customer with complete satisfaction on each and every order. However, should you wish to return an item for any reason, provided it falls within our returns policy guidelines, just follow our no hassle returns procedure below.

  • All items to be returned within 10 days of order date with original packaging and in the same condition as sold.
  • Return by Royal Mail delivery and the cost to be paid by customer.
  • Confirmation E-Mail will be sent to you once your Return has been processed.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unfortunate event you receive an item which is faulty or damaged please inform us immediately. The returns policy will be exactly the same and the return fee will be waived.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of fast moving product and stock availability, we are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. If you would like to replace your item with another, we recommend you place a new order to ensure stock is allocated for you. This will also allow us to provide a quicker delivery service so you receive your replacement item sooner.

Money Back Guarantee

All items have a 14-day contact money-back guarantee. However, if you are dissatisfied with your item, returns will be dealt with upon receipt unused in the manner it was delivered to you.

Consumer Rights

The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us on 07871 366881 as soon as possible. However, as we endeavour to ship your order very quickly, it may not always be possible to cancel an order. If an item is cancelled whilst in transit, a £10 re-direction charge will be made for the return of the goods back to us without a receipt.
